Great Planers Trout and Salmon Club 14th Annual Trout and Salmon Derby
August 21st, 2010
Sakakawea State Park, Pick City, ND
Derby Entry Fee $30 per boat.
1st - $550
2nd - $350
3rd - $250
4th - $200
5th - $150
6th - 10th - $75
11th - 15th - $50
16th - 20th - $25
Prizes will be prorated if less than 100 teams entered with maximum 20 places. Entries postmarked by Aug. 10th are eligible for $30 cash drawing. New members are also eligible.

Great Planers Trout & Salmon Club

The 24th Annual trout and salmon derby was held on the 21st of August with 45 teams entered. A total of 63 fish were caught with a total weight of 379 lbs. which averaged 6 lbs.
There were three different divisions of anglers fishing for prizes and trophys. The Youth Division had 18 anglers under 13 years old with Javis Bauer catching a 10.8 lb. salmon for the largest fish.
The Teen Division had 9 anglers with Kyle Little catching a whopepr 14.2 lb. salmon and the Adult Team Division with the largest salmon caught by Shane Colis, another whopper at 13.6 lbs.
Some very large salmon have been caught the first three weeks of August with many whoppers 12 lbs. and over.

1st - Little, Little & Little 6 fish 48.4 lbs.
2nd - Colis, Colis & Colis 6 fish 44.6 lbs.
3rd - Hartmann, Heiser, Ziegler 4 fish 28.4 lbs.
4th - Mohler, Hayden 2 fish 24 lbs.
5th - Erhardt, Baepple 3 fish 19.4 lbs.
6th - Gregoire, Olson 4 fish 18.6 lbs.
7th - Berard, Berard 2 fish 15.2 lbs.
8th - Mohler, Mohler 3 fish 15.2 lbs.
9th - Anderson, Anderson & Fode 2 fish 15 lbs.
10th - Haider, Backman, Haider 2 fish 13.2 lbs.
11th - Ihmels, Ihmels 2 fish 12 lbs.
12th - Schlinger, Feist, Feist 2 fish 11.2 lbs.
13th - Bubach, Bubach 2 fish 11 lbs.
14th - Bauer, Bauer 1 fish 10.8 lbs.
15th - Dirk, Dirk & Dirk 3 fish 10.2 lbs.
16th - Siems, Siems 1 fish 9.4 lbs.
17th - Roll, Roll 2 fish 7.4 lbs.
18th - Bosch, Harrier 2 fish 7.2 lbs.
19th - Peterson, Johnson 1 fish 7.2 lbs.
20th - Domagala, Domagala & Domagala 1 fish 5.9 lbs.
21st - Babeck, Eckert, Eckert 1 fish 5.4 lbs.
22nd - Dirk & Dirk 2 fish 5.4 lbs.
23rd - DeHaan, DeHaan, DeHaan 1 fish 5.3 lbs.
24th - Volk, Volk & Kary 1 fish 4.8 lbs.
25th - Renner, Renner & Renner 1 fish 4.7 lbs.
